Keeps a fixed exterior profile. A lid or drawer may need extra room to open, and the empty bin still occupies the same space.

Store only clean, fully dry textiles and address dampness first. A zipper or snap-on lid does not automatically mean airtight, waterproof, pest-proof or mold-proof.
